Services and pricing
The introductory website offer is $295 USD plus required $79/month Managed Website Care, limited to the first three customers total across small businesses and ministries. Written scope approval and deposit reserve a spot. It includes up to 10 standard pages designed around the client’s agreed needs with client-supplied text and photos, WordPress design, a mobile-friendly layout, a basic contact form, basic page titles and descriptions, design review, two consolidated revision rounds, launch setup, handoff instructions, and 30 days of reasonable post-launch correction support. Work outside the included scope, such as additional pages, e-commerce, custom programming, advanced features, or other added work, requires a separate quote and customer approval.
Managed Website Care is $79 USD per month for the agreed website. Core services include managed hosting, WordPress core updates, plugin and theme updates, backups, basic uptime monitoring, routine security precautions, and technical maintenance related to the hosted website. Up to one hour of minor content updates per month. Unused time does not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately. The plan does not include unlimited website changes or unlimited support, redesign work, new pages or major features, e-commerce management, custom programming, email hosting or email account management, guaranteed malware removal, or 24/7 emergency support. We do not guarantee protection against hacking or downtime.
Written approval and payment
Before work starts, we confirm the scope, total price, and estimated delivery schedule in writing. The $295 USD introductory website offer requires a 50% deposit to begin: $147.50, and a 50% balance before launch: $147.50. No design or production work begins until the required deposit is received. The website does not launch until the agreed final payment has been received. Additional work requires a separate quote and customer approval. Any applicable taxes or authorized third-party costs are disclosed before purchase. Exact project-cancellation terms are disclosed in the written project agreement before the customer pays the deposit.
The introductory website offer requires enrollment in $79/month Managed Website Care with separate recurring-billing authorization. Outside this introductory offer, care-plan enrollment is optional unless otherwise agreed. Monthly charges recur on the billing date disclosed during enrollment until canceled under our Cancellation Policy. We disclose the amount, start date, and renewal terms before you authorize recurring billing. Changes to pricing or scope require advance notice and your agreement before the changed service is charged.
Delivery and customer responsibilities
Services are delivered electronically. No physical shipping or merchandise returns apply. We agree on a project timeline before work begins. Timing depends on receiving your content, access, feedback, and approvals. We communicate material delays and revised estimates. Your website launches only after final approval and the agreed payment requirements are met.
You are responsible for providing accurate content, lawful instructions, and permission to use submitted images, text, trademarks, and other materials. Provide credentials only through an agreed secure method. You review the website and submit consolidated feedback within the project schedule. Changes beyond the included revision rounds are quoted separately.
Ownership and third-party services
You retain ownership of the materials you supply. Our written proposal identifies deliverables, access, and ownership transferred after agreed payment. WordPress, Divi, fonts, plugins, stock assets, and other third-party products remain subject to their own licenses. We disclose any customer-paid licensing or renewal obligations before purchase.
Maintenance reduces risk but does not guarantee search rankings, sales, uninterrupted service, complete cybersecurity, protection against hacking or downtime, or recovery of all data. Domain names, email, and other separately supplied services remain subject to the relevant provider’s licenses and terms.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
Our Refund & Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy explain project cancellation, unused service charges, billing concerns, and care-plan termination. Contact us promptly if something is wrong. Nothing in these policies removes rights provided by applicable law or your payment provider.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Updated website terms apply prospectively. Material changes to an existing project or subscription will be communicated and agreed as required; posting new terms does not retroactively change an approved project.
Service suspension and termination
Ark Web Design may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, unlawful use, abuse of services, serious security risk, fraud concerns, or material violation of the agreement. When reasonably possible, we provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken when required for urgent security, legal, fraud, or abuse concerns. Any prepaid undelivered service is handled under the Refund & Dispute Policy. Applicable legal and payment-provider rights remain unaffected.
