Managed Website Hosting
Hosting for the managed WordPress website.
Free domain included: One standard .com, .org, or .net domain, including annual renewals, while your paid Managed Website Care account remains active. We must register the domain for you or you must transfer your existing domain to our domain service. Premium domains and other extensions are quoted separately.
SSL Certificate Support
SSL setup and renewal support for the hosted website.
Website-Related DNS Help
Reasonable DNS help related to connecting and maintaining the website, domain, and SSL.
WordPress, Divi/Theme, and Plugin Updates
Routine core, theme, Divi, and plugin updates.
Automated Daily Backups
Daily backups, with an independent backup method in addition to host backups where practical.
Basic WordPress Security Maintenance
Basic security configuration and routine security precautions.
Uptime/Site Monitoring

What’s Not Included
Unlimited technical support, unlimited website changes, advanced custom programming, 24/7 human support, 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring, guaranteed malware prevention or removal, ongoing email/DNS administration, large redesigns, new pages, new features, and work outside the managed-care scope are not included. Additional work requires a separate quote and approval.
Email hosting and management are not included in the $79/month plan. We may help connect a separate email provider as separately agreed, but the customer pays that provider directly.
